Eligibility for Refunds

  • Damaged or defective products
  • Incorrect items (wrong product, size, or quantity)
  • Undelivered orders beyond the expected timeframe

Note: Refunds are not applicable for opened snack items, worn jewellery, or custom/personalized orders.

Return Window

Refund requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

How to Request a Refund

  2. Attach clear photos (if applicable).
  3. We’ll respond within 2 business days.

Refund Process

Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once initiated.

Return Shipping

If a return is required, we’ll provide instructions. Return shipping is free for defective or incorrect items.
